Very busy that night but yet provided great service. There was very little wait time to get seated, and the food came right away.

This is a local favorite and deservedly so. Good food. Large dining but can get a little loud, the price you pay for being popular. The dining area is wheelchair accessible. The door does not open open automatically. Great place for a group of people to meet and have lunch.

Had their french onion soup. It was weak. Prime rib sandwich was so so. Should have just went with the meatball sub ppand french fries instead. There was a group of us.. the service was good considering there was 12 of us.

As usual Timothy's Wilmington our Network the drinks taste like seawater to me. I did like the fact that they had a private room for a solemn ceremony.

Great place for a family dinner or to meet up with friends. The Tobin sandwich is my go to sandwich. Great beer selection too. Wings are some of the best in Newark.

Our waitress was "The Best "We had the ribs and peel & eat shrimp. Always good!!!

Great local spot. From UD students, to young families, to older families and locals stopping by for a happy hour, Timothy's is a fun neighborhood spot for good food and drink. The food specials that night were tasty (filet mignon and shrimp) and a great deal. They have specials almost everyday that look 'special', too! Park past restaurant further up the hill.

Fun, lively place. In a college town it’s nice to have a place to go that is not over-run with college students.

Trying to support local businesses and also discover new places, I found Timothy's and boy am I glad that I did.The order was done quickly, hot, and fresh. They brought it right out to my car, so quick and easy.We ordered the Wings and Things appetizer platter, which was delicious and that bruschetta was beyond flavorful. Also ordered a burger, which cooked perfect, seasoned well, and was definitely one of my favorite burgers to have ever had. Another major bonus was that we got 2 kids meals for free because of a special they had going on. Absolutely love deals, especially 2 hungry toddlers! LolTo finish up the meal, we got 2 of their margaritas, which were made perfectly.Could not have made a better choice for a meal and will definitely be visiting this establishment again. Highly recommend!

The food was good once we got it. The service could have been a lot better.The server or kitchen lost our ticket which resulted in an hour wait for our dinner. Things happen and we will eat here again.

I took 5 of my technichins out after work we were seated fast and service was great

Typically a great place with above average food for Delaware. The last time we were there the hostess asked us to leave quickly as we were signing the check because a party just arrived and they supposedly had our seats reserved...odd.

Our server tonight was Jessica and she was awesome! The food was really good, as usual. A bit quieter than most other visits, but that's good, too.

By in large my favorite of Newark bars. Stagg is always friendly and responsive. Feels cozy for sure. More relaxed then most bars. Outdoors seating gives you a nice view to add onto the other nice features.

Try the Salmon BLT. It is really good. Service is really good. I'm not big on the dark older bar scene that's why I only gave it 4 stars, but it wasnt bad and there is what looks like nice seating on a deck outside by the creek .

Warm and casual place with good food. Great place to watch the game.

Went here last night. Great food and even better service..... There was a wait but the great customer service made m eforget all about it. I'll definitely be returning.

We just had a class reunion at Timothy's upstairs venue. Everyone agreed that the atmosphere, the quality of the food and drinks, and the service of the wait staff and bartenders were fabulous. Management was very helpful and flexible in making arrangements, and pricing was reasonable. A great experience overall, and we'll definitely use the venue again in the future.

Great food. Awesome service. Bonus when the weather is nice and you can sit outside. Parking can be a little challenging, but don't let that deter you.

Food was delicious! The New Orleans pasta, Crab cake platter, & the nachos were delish. & our waiter Eric was the best. Great service, definitely revisiting when I'm back in town.

Salsa dancing on Wednesdays is very entertaining. It is very tight with so many people dancing, so keep your steps small!And good job on the new floor. It's still not 100% level, but unless you're in a wheelchair you'll probably not notice.

Went here on Sunday and sat in the bar area. Paige was my server. Service was awesome and the food was great. Football was on and everyone was having a great time.Highly recommend!

Good Food, Wide Beer Selection, Good Atmosphere, Very Attentive Service, gets crowded quickly almost every night. If you don't mind a wait to get a table, or a packed bar area, it's a great local bar and grill.

Great place to hang out with large groups but need to look out for the parking. Parking is packed.
